We limit our Reformer Aging Strong classes to just 7 participants. This small group size ensures that each person receives personalised attention and modifications tailored to their needs. It also creates a comfortable, community-focused environment where everyone feels supported.

Our instructors are experienced in working with a wide range of physical conditions, including those recovering from injuries or managing chronic issues. We offer personalised modifications to ensure every movement is safe and effective, so you can still benefit from the class no matter your situation.

The Reformer Aging Strong classes are slower-paced and specifically designed to accommodate the needs of older adults. In your first Reformer Aging Strong class, you’ll receive a warm welcome from both our instructors and fellow participants. You’ll also benefit from personalised modifications to ensure that each exercise is suitable for your body’s needs.

If you’re seeking personalised attention, our one-on-one Private Classes provide individualised guidance. For those looking for a solid introduction, our Foundations Class is a one-off session designed to set you on your Pilates path. Our structured 8-Week Beginners Program is perfect for those who need more support and guidance in understanding the fundamentals of Pilates. If you already have Pilates experience, you can jump straight into any of our regular classes on the timetable. Whatever your starting point, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Before you can start booking classes, you will first need to register as a client with Pilates on Collingwood Street.

  • Navigate to our ‘Schedule‘ page
  • Click ‘Login / Register‘ at the top of the class schedule calendar
  • Enter email address and select a password
  • Complete our brief ‘new client form

You will be directed back to the class schedule on completion. From here you can purchase a class pack or membership of your choice and start booking your favourite classes.
